The system has a closed piping system that is interconnected with water power plants for generating emission-free renewable energy. Flood channels (3-1 to 3-8) reaches a level over a normal water level and are present in a draining area of a main flow (1) and an auxiliary flow (2). The water is guided into the water power plants over supply lines (4-1 to 4-8). The closing pipe system is provided for cooling of thermal power plant and irrigation of surfaces. The water is fed back to the river via a set of pipe lines (7-4 to 7-7) from one of storage systems (7-1 to 7-3).
