Method for pre-commissioning heavy drive shaft at motor vehicle assembly, involves partially automating pre-commissioning of drive shaft such that container management and picking trolley transportation by worker takes place
The method involves partially automating pre-commissioning of a drive shaft (GW) such that removal of a drive shaft container (GWB) and an arrangement of the drive shaft on a picking trolley (KW) via a mobile track-unbounded robot (MR) take place. The container management and the picking trolley transportation are performed by a worker. Orders for the removal and arrangement of the drive shaft are wirelessly communicated by a mobile robot, where the mobile robot is attached to an external production system. The robot is provided with a sensor system. An independent claim is also included for a device for pre-commissioning of an installed cable at a motor vehicle assembly.
