Heat exchanger arrangement for being arranged within air-duct of air conditioner of motor car, has bypass including deflection regions and separation edges to maximize thermal output transferred between surface and air-mass flow
The arrangement (1) has a heat exchanger (2) comprising an air-inlet (8) and an air-outlet (9) for filling an entire cross section of an air-duct (4). A bypass (10) exhibits cross-sectional changes in form of cross-section contractions (11) and channel extensions (12) in regions of an entry and an exit to maximize pressure loss of a bypass air mass flow. The bypass includes deflection regions and separation edges (14) to conduct the air mass flow over a surface of the heat exchanger, and to maximize thermal output transferred between the heat exchanger surface and the air mass flow.
