The device has an evacuable fixator (4) rigidly connected to a measuring chamber (2) of a measuring head (1) and fixing the head at a sample. High/low pressure is applied to the chamber through a vacuum/pressure line (11) after value of low pressure in a ring-shaped chamber (5) of the fixator is fixed, and an open side (3) of the chamber is closed by a surface portion of the sample. A surface of an open side (6) of the fixator is selected such that that the head is securely held at the sample by the fixator even when the maximum permissible pressure is applied to the chamber. The fixator is made of flexible material or rigid material.
