The arrangement has a mobile radio unit (D) i.e. mobile phone, including installed hardware and software combining information obtained from another mobile radio unit (C) and information of position of a human at the former unit with each other. The hardware and software compare the combination with information of a size i.e. length of a measuring region of a touchscreen at the former unit. Comparison of the information of the position and the size, and combination with information about another position are taken place so that a tactile signal is controlled based on combination results.
