The device (10) has crushing and screening devices interconnected for correct sorted fractionation of comminuted material. Fine grain fraction of a fine grain fractionation apparatus (20) is guided into a downstream sighting device (27), and a glass powder fraction (28) and an organic fraction (29) are separated from each other. A downstream storage silo (30) is provided for the glass powder fraction and another downstream storage silo (31) is provided for the organic fraction, where the storage silos are associated to transport devices (32, 33). An independent claim is also included for a method for treatment of rotor blades.
