The bike has a motor controller provided for controlling power of an electric motor that is arranged in the bike as an auxiliary motor, where maximum power of the motor is greater than continuous rated power that is preset in road traffic licensing act (StVZO). An inclination sensor is connected with the motor via the controller, mounted on the bike for determining inclination angle of the bike on a vertical axis and conveys the inclination angle to the controller so that power of the motor is passed according to regulations of the StVZO.
