The stiffened hollow profile (1) has a cavity middle layer (6), which is placed between a base layer (2) and a top layer (3) as a middle layer (5). The cavity middle layer consists of an inclined-wound core path or cavity path, which has a narrow core surface at both the edges. The materials such as paper, cardboard, wood, veneer, wood products, plastics, textiles, fabrics, or metals are used together in the hollow profile. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing stiffened hollow profiles; and (2) a module with a radial layer structure for winding axially parallel material webs during inclined winding in a winding machine for manufacturing a hollow profile.
