The geothermal system (1) comprises a closed fluid-channeling system (2) which has a heat exchanger tube (4) for accommodating the fluid. The fluid-channeling system has a pulsating device (3) which is connected with the heat exchanger tube. The fluid is received in the heat exchanger tube during the operation of the system. An independent claim is also included for a method for generating energy from geothermal energy.
