Producing a wet cloth, comprises physically combining a carrier material with a surfactant containing impregnation medium exhibiting an increased surfactant concentration, such that an intercalation is achieved within a wet fiber matrix by surfactant micelles, where the surfactant micelles are deposited in the carrier material. An independent claim is also included for a wet cloth with a surfactant impregnation medium, comprising depositing the surfactant micelles in the carrier material.
