The collar is vertically and distantly formed from the flange. The collar is bent toward the vehicle rear side. The collar is formed outside via the connector between 10 mm and 30 mm wide, and a cross beam (Q) is formed in U-shape or cap-shape. The cross beam is made of fiber reinforced composite material.
