The method involves producing signals associated with a matrix element during occurrence of contact of the matrix touch screen in the region of an array element. The signal levels of several matrix elements arranged at a line of array elements and the signal levels of several matrix elements arranged at the gaps formed between the array elements, are corrected. The summing process of signal levels of several matrix elements of line of array elements is performed during contact of matrix touch screen.
