The cage (1) has a pair of adjacent recesses exhibiting an axial spacing in a row. The axial spacing is different from another axial spacing between another pair of adjacent recesses in a row. A sequence of the axial spacings between the recesses is equal in the rows. The recesses exhibit same size. The rows are equally provided at circumference of the cage. The rows lie diametrically opposite to each other. The cage is arranged between a profile sleeve (2) and a profile pin (3). A roller body (4) i.e. ball, moves and transfers torque between the sleeve and the pin. An independent claim is also included for a displacement unit.
