The machine has two rotation centers for controlling amount of centrifugal forces to be produced. The rotation centers are coupled such that an effective rotating mass surrounding one of the rotation centers rotates against the other rotation center and stands still with respect to a machine base (10) although the latter rotation center rotates against angular velocity, so that centrifugal forces are generated as directed driving forces. The machine is driven with same driving force in a pre-selected direction according to total mass of the machine.
