The implant has two parts made of different materials for forming a solid structural unit, where one of the parts is designed as an implant core made of a biocompatible, non-resorbable hard material, and is provided in a lower area for anchoring into a local jawbone. The other part is formed as a sleeve made of a biocompatible and osteoinductive, osteoconductive or ostegenem material. The other part is firmly attached outside an upper region of the core that is extended totally or partly together with a firmly connected region of the core over a bone level.
