Regenerating thermo-chemical sorption storage, preferably zeolite, comprises supplying heat into the sorption storage loaded with moisture. The heat, which is generated in a vehicle (17) during transport in the vehicle, or the heat, which is generated in a stationary heat source, is used for regenerating the sorption storage loaded with moisture. An independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the above method, comprising at least one regeneration container (14) for the sorption storage loaded with moisture. The regeneration container is a part of the vehicle, preferably a truck, or a part connected to the stationary heat source, which is flow-connected to at least one line (29) leading a hot-air.
