Cosmetic composition comprises: (a) 1,2-hexanediol; (b) 1,2-octanediol; (c) triethyl citrate; (d) at least one cationic phospholipid compound (I); and (e) a carrier containing at least one component of water, ethanol, an oil and/or talc, and optionally other excipients, adjuvants and active ingredients. Cosmetic composition comprises: (a) 1,2-hexanediol; (b) 1,2-octanediol; (c) triethyl citrate; (d) at least one cationic phospholipid compound of formula (([R1-N +(R2)(R3)-CH 2-CH(OH)-CH 2-O] x-P(=O)-(OM) y)(xA -)) (I); and (e) a carrier containing at least one component of water, ethanol, an oil and/or talc, and optionally other excipients, adjuvants and active ingredients. R1 : 8-22C-alkyl, 8-22C-alkenyl or 8-22C-hydroxyalkyl or R5CONH(C mH 2m)-; R5CO : linear 8-22C-acyl; m : 2 or 3; R2, R3 : 1-4C-alkyl, 2-4C-hydroxyalkyl or -(CH 2) z-COOM; x, z : 1-3; M : H or an alkali metal cation; y : 3-x; and A -anion.
