Sweat-absorbing complex comprises at least one sheet silicate which is modified with at least one quaternary ammonium compound, and at least one further component comprising an oily extract of the sprouts of Bambusa vulgarisand lignocellulose. An independent claim is included for a cosmetic composition comprising 0-7 wt.% of free water, at least a liquid cosmetic oil under normal conditions, at least one antiperspirant aluminum salt, and the sweat-absorbing complex in a total amount of 1-10 (preferably 3-5) wt.%, without taking into account possible presence of a blowing agent.
