The system has rope winches (7, 8) fixedly attached at longitudinal sides (3, 4) of a working platform (2). The winches vertically displace the platform along driving ropes (9, 10). Rope guides (11, 12) are provided at the longitudinal sides of the platform. The rope guides are displaced relative to the rope winches in a longitudinal direction (X) of the platform for adapting a position of contact points of the driving ropes at the platform for tilt-compensation of the platform to an instantaneous position of a centre of gravity of the platform.
