The device has an extension device for extension and turning of a ball joint from a joint pan of a patient. Lateral pelvis supports and pelvis comb holders (14s) of the fixing device are designed as flexible or band-shaped devices and supported on a side of clamping apparatuses (14t), rear bearings (14r), and an anterior superior iliac spine holder (14w). Attachments or the clamping apparatuses for clamping the lateral pelvis supports and the pelvis comb holders are designed as working tapes and separately arranged at a rear pelvis support (14i) and a front pelvis support.
