The holder (1) has a brush set on a vacuum cleaner pipe (2). Bristles (3) are circularly and movably arranged around the vacuum cleaner pipe. The bristles are axially and movably arranged on an inner annular element (4), and surrounded by walls (6), where the inner angular element includes a locking element that is arranged on an outer side. The locking element stays in engagement with a guide groove (9) e.g. helical-shaped guide groove, and the inner angular element is connected with an outer angular element, and the bristles are plug-on arranged on an opened end of the pipe. The guide groove is formed as a rectilinear-shaped guide groove, helical-shaped guide groove and/or coiled-shaped guide groove.
