The holder has two suction cups (20) connected together by a plastic deformable bar (10). The bar contains a metal wire (12) in a plastic coating (13), and a plastic part (23) of the suction cups is injected at the plastic coating. The suction cups comprise a metal frame that contains metal wires (22), which radially run, a small metal wire ring (24), which lie close to a suction side of the metal frame, and a large metal wire ring (25) lying close to an outer side of the metal frame. Distance and angle between an electronic device and a support surface are varied by the bar.
