The mechanical clock is driven by a mechanical or an electronic timer (1), where a date wheel is driven by a pin or ratchet. A cogwheel or screw makes a revolution per year and drives a week day wheel and phases of moon and switches an year counter. The date wheel has a hub as a carousel, a tooth rim has a joint and a spread lever spreads the joint around a tooth pitch. A switch roll moves the spread lever all four years. A roller is mounted on a wheel, which rotates around a sun wheel.
