Laser device for welding a workpiece, comprises an unit for creating and/or guiding laser beam, an unit providing assistance function for a welding operation by the laser unit at the workpiece, and a robot unit comprising a robotic arm
The laser welding device comprises an unit (10) for creating and/or guiding laser beam, an assistance unit (11), which provides an assistance function for a welding operation by the laser unit at a workpiece (12, 13, 14, 15), and a robot unit (16), which comprises a robotic arm, at which a part of the laser unit is arranged for the welding operation and by which the laser beam from the laser unit guides over the workpiece. The robot unit comprises another two robotic arms for the assistance unit. A control and/or a regulation unit is provided to coordinate the robotic arms. The laser welding device comprises an unit (10) for creating and/or guiding laser beam, an assistance unit (11), which provides an assistance function for a welding operation by the laser unit at a workpiece (12, 13, 14, 15), and a robot unit (16), which comprises a robotic arm (17), at which a part of the laser unit is arranged for the welding operation and by which the laser beam produced and/or guided from the laser unit guides over the workpiece. The robot unit comprises another two robotic arms for the assistance unit. A control and/or a regulation unit is provided: to coordinate the robotic arms intended for the assistance unit during welding operation in a movement-technical manner; to coordinate the assistance unit with a movement of the robotic arms in a function-technical manner; and to position the robotic arms intended for the assistance unit alternately at the workpiece. The assistance unit comprises two clamping elements, which are arranged at one of the robotic arms intended for the assistance unit, a sensor, which is arranged at one of the robotic arms and is provided to detect the workpiece during and/or according to welding operation, and an addition element, which is arranged at one of the robotic arms and brings a welding agent to the workpieces during welding operation. An independent claim is included for a method for welding the workpiece by laser unit in a laser welding device.
