The device has a lateral channel (30) for sending liquid of interest. The lateral channel includes a liquid supplying orifice (31) located in downstream a gas ejection orifice (11) for ejecting gas along gas flow direction and extension of a gas supplying central channel (10). A liquid transporting unit conveys the liquid of interest to the liquid supplying orifice via the lateral channel, where fluidic interaction between the liquid of interest and the ejected gas at the level of gas/liquid interface causes nebulization of the liquid of interest. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an elements analyzing system comprising an analyzing unit for analyzing aerosol (2) a method for nebulization of liquid.
