Process of oxycombustion of solids, liquids and/or gaseous fuels comprises: oxidizing a solid oxygen carrier in the oxidation area (R1); transporting, into a fluidized bed, the solid in a maximum oxidation state towards an area of oxygen production (R2); releasing oxygen from the solid in the production zone; recycling, into the fluidized bed, the solid in a decreased state of oxidation towards the oxidation area; producing a gas effluent containing oxygen and introducing in one oxycombustion area (R3); and introducing a fuel charge in the oxycombustion area. Process of oxycombustion of solids, liquids and/or gaseous fuels comprises: oxidizing a solid oxygen carrier in the oxidation zone (R1); transporting, into a fluidized bed, the solid in a maximum oxidation state towards an area of oxygen production (R2); releasing oxygen from the solid in the production zone by lowering the partial pressure of oxygen at 400-700[deg] C; recycling, into the fluidized bed, the solid in a decreased state of oxidation towards the oxidation area; producing a gas effluent containing oxygen by an evacuation pipe in the outlet of the production area and introducing in one oxycombustion area (R3); and introducing a fuel charge in the oxycombustion area. An independent claim is included for installation of oxycombustion of solid, liquid and/or gaseous fuels comprising: an oxidation area in which a solid oxygen carrier is oxidized; means of transport in fluidized bed of the solid in maximum oxidation state towards an oxygen production area, where the oxygen production area comprises means of lowering of the partial pressure of oxygen at a temperature of 400-700[deg] C; means of transport in fluidized bed of the solid in a decreased oxidation state towards the oxidation area; an evacuation pipe in outlet of the production area of a gaseous effluent containing oxygen towards an oxycombustion area; and means for introducing a fuel charge in the oxycombustion area.
