The device (1) has a horizontal portion (2) including an end (4) constituted by a sleeve (5). The sleeve receives a sheath (3) by interlocking. The horizontal portion is connected to the sheath. A tubular vertical portion (7) is adapted to be adjusted in length by recutting a guiding mouth-piece (8) arranged on an end of the vertical portion. The mouth-piece comprises a bracing and fixing unit for fixing the mouth-piece against a wall or partition so as to maintain ducts (9) at a predefined distance from the ducts.
