The device has a sliding frame (1) that is adjustable in width and height. Sliding fixation flanges (2) allow locking of the frame on a lawn tractor, a small tractor and a power lift truck. A jib crane (4) is rotated to 360 degrees to permit adjustment of height of an arm and angle of the arm. A head formed of an inclinable telescopic and rotative plate (11) permits adjustment of tools in desired direction, where the device is reversible to allow to work on right or on left.
