The accessory (1) has a sleeve-shaped flexible envelope (10) connected on a punch bag so as to cover a portion of height of elongated cylindrical part. The envelope is provided with an outer surface (16) to receive punches during training and an inner surface opposite to the punch bag. The envelope has a circular upper opening (15) for introducing or extracting the punch bag. A locking unit (17) is provided on a side of the upper opening to ensure translation locking of the flexible envelope on the punch bag when the accessory is properly connected on the punch bag. An independent claim is also included for a punch equipment for training in combative sports, comprising an accessory.
