The device has a movable valve (61) arranged between a closing position and a withdrawal position of an interstice (4) when a movable pane (2) is in an open position. The movable valve is moved between the closing position and the withdrawal position by a mechanism actuated by displacement of the pane between the closing position and the opening position, where the movable valve is in contact with the pane in the closing position and out of contact with the pane in the withdrawal position. The movable valve is made of flexible material i.e. phonic insulating foam.
