The cushion-buoy has an annular body (2) made of elastically deformable plastic foam and provided with a central hole (5). Peripheral permanent magnets (7) are provided on an internal peripheral face (4) of the annular body. An axial permanent magnet (10) is carried by a removable and adjustable central core (3) vertically placed in the central hole. The axial permanent magnet has a polarity reversed from polarities of the peripheral permanent magnets to generate, in the hole and a vertical plane, a magnetic field (14) behind perineum of a user. The core is formed of a cylindrical body that is made of non-magnetic material.
