The tool has a rail (F1) with a base element to allow insertion of badges (m) through one end of the badges at the top or on a side of the rail, and extract the badges at a base of the rail, where a bottom of the rail is of rectangle shape. Two left and right folds are formed on each large side to form a front face of the rail. A space between the front face of the rail and the bottom of the rail allows the badges to slide without blocking. A tab is realized in the extension of a third fold to ensure the guidance of the badges during the exit of the badges.
