The module has a seat belt fixed to the top of a beam and secured to a tube, where the tube encases a bar (1) and provides a space (3) for insertion of energy absorbing sleeves. The bar includes an arm (5) at each of its ends supported on a retractable stop (6), where force exerted by the belt is transmitted to the bar centered in a bore of a flange (4) such that a claw (4i) of the flange enclosed in a housing (17) immobilizes the module on a vehicle floor.
