The de-icing system has an oil bypass system (20) in which a part of oil taken from a lubrication system (19), is circulated. The bypass system is installed on the lubrication system in a parallel manner, where the oil enters into the bypass system by a branching point (14) that is formed on an oil arrival sub-system (12) of the lubrication system, and the oil leaves the bypass system by another branching point (15) that is formed on an oil recovery sub-system (13) of the lubrication system. An oil flow regulating system (22) i.e. diaphragm, is installed at the former branching point.
