The device has a heat exchanger for condensing driving fluid below a critical temperature by evaporation of a refrigerant of a heat pump, where calories generating mechanical energy are drawn in ambient conditions or brought to a temperature slightly higher than the critical temperature by the heat pump when the driving fluid is condensed at condensation temperature higher than ambient temperature. A compressor compresses liquefied driving fluid. A double heat pump transfers condensing calories when the ambient temperature is lower than condensation temperature. The driving fluid is chosen from carbon dioxide, ethylene and xenon.
