The method involves winding a compact layer (3) around a reel (2) in a direction, where the layer includes a winding start end (3A) and a winding finish end (3B). Another layer i.e. crossing layer, is superimposed on the compact layer and wound on the finish end until the start end. Crossing angle of fiber in the compact layer and a fiber in the crossing layer is lower than 30 degrees, where the compact layer includes adjacent turns spaced from a distance ranging between 0 and two diameters of fiber.
