PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate situation of utilization of a conference room appropriately so as to enable the conference room to be utilized efficiently.;SOLUTION: A conference room appropriate use evaluation apparatus 100 includes a reservation information storage unit 11 for storing information on a reservation content of a conference room. The conference room appropriate use evaluation apparatus 100 collects an electric power consumption of each appliance installed in the conference room, discriminates, by using the collected electric power consumption for each appliance, whether or not the appliance is utilized, and calculates a situation of utilization of the conference room. Further, the conference room appropriate use evaluation apparatus 100 compares the calculated situation of utilization of the conference room with the information on the reservation content of the conference room stored in the reservation information storage unit 11 so as to evaluate a degree showing whether the conference room is utilized in accordance with a reservation content.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
