PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mound coating method and a mound coating structure for making it unnecessary to perform any leveling work on a mound following-up the unevenness of the mound, and for easily performing an operation even when the depth of water is deep.;SOLUTION: The mound coating method includes: a process of preparing a flexible bag-shaped body 10 in which concrete or a solidified body can be packed: a process of installing the bag-shaped body at a part of a mound face M1 to be coated in a wound or folded state; and a process of press-fitting the concrete C having fluidity or the solidified body via a hose 15 communicating with the inside of the bag-shaped body into the bag-shaped body to pack the concrete or the solidified body in the bag-shaped body while expanding the bag-shaped body.
