PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inscription device, an inscription method and an inscription holder that can reduce a defective inscription rate.;SOLUTION: In an inscription device 100, an inscription holder 10 having a disc-shaped inscription head 15 is attached to a main shaft 64 of a one-axis NC machine 60, and the movement of the inscription holder 10 in an inscription direction and the rotation of the inscription head 15 are synchronized for inscription onto a work-piece W. At inscription onto the work-piece W, current supply to a servo motor for driving a servo mechanism 53 making the inscription holder 10 get close or away to/from the work-piece W is limited, and the movement of the inscription holder 10 in the inscription direction and the rotation of the inscription head 15 are synchronized within a predetermined deviation range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
