PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel on which a spool reducing an inertial force due to the lightening of the spool and giving a high efficiency of rotation is loaded.;SOLUTION: In a spool used in a fishing reel, a line-winding body portion for winding and storing a fishline has a hollow cylindrical shape; and a rib portion joined in the inner center of the line-winding body portion around the whole circumference in the direction orthogonal to the inner surface of the cylinder has a plurality of penetrated holes where at least line-winding body portion side among the end portions of both the surfaces is joined to the inner surface of the fine-winding body portion in a curved surface state, and which are opened so that the ends of the openings enter the curved surface state region adjacent to the inner surface of the line-winding body portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
