PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device which achieves space saving.;SOLUTION: An inspection device of a display module acquires image data from cameras 130A and 130B. The image data from the camera 130A includes an image range 530 and an overlapped area 550 of the display module. The image data from the camera 130B includes an image range 540 and an overlapped area 550 of the display module. The inspection device adjusts each piece of the image data so that characteristic values of the image data of the overlapped area 550 are consistent, and creates correction data for correcting display unevenness by using the data after the adjustment.
