PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patrol inspection system and a management server that when a worker visits a field for patrol inspection of a power facility apparatus, can provide necessary map information, thereby enabling improvement of the worker's work efficiency.SOLUTION: In a patrol inspection system 10 in which a management server 1 that manages information on a patrol inspection work for a power facility apparatus transmits the information to a multifunction terminal unit 3 via a wireless communication network 2, and receives a patrol inspection result from the multifunction terminal unit 3 via the wireless communication network 2, the management server 1 comprises: an information database 15 that stores the information; a communication unit 16 that transceives the information with the multifunction terminal unit 3; and a map data acquisition unit 18 that acquires map data managed outside the system, and stores it in the information database 15.
