PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a non-fired molten iron dephosphorization material with a low melting point, produced without performing heat melting treatment at high temperatures; and to significantly reduce dephosphorization cost of molten iron by using the non-fired molten iron dephosphorization material.;SOLUTION: A non-fired molten iron dephosphorization material is a molten iron dephosphorization material obtained by mixing powder and granular iron ore or the like having a total iron content of 50 mass% or more in dry base and a powder and granular calcium oxide-containing substance to be agglomerated. In the non-fired molten iron dephosphorization material, a content of oxide aluminum is 10 mass% or less, a mass ratio of oxide calcium relative to the total iron content is 0.4 or more and 1.4 or less, and the iron ore or the like and the calcium oxide-containing substance are not bonded in a slag formation state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
