PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage sorting plate type swing sorting device of a rice hulling and sorting machine that can prevent skin abrasion of brown rice due to rehulling by efficiently sorting brown rice in a chaff layer of multistage swing sorting plates with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: The multistage sorting plate type swing sorting device of the rice hulling and sorting machine includes swing sorting plates 11 disposed in a multistage manner, a rehulling passage 4b for returning grains from a chaff layer area B of the swing sorting plates 11 to a hulling device 2, and a resorting passage 4c for returning the grains from a mixed layer area C to the swing sorting plates 11, and is provided with chaff guide part 51, 61 which receives the grains of the chaff layer area B from the swing sorting plates 11 and drops the grains all together, and a lower sorting plate 52, 62 which receives the grains at the lower end of the chaff guide part 51, 61 and sorts and discharges chaff among the grains. The chaff guide part 51, 61 and the lower sorting plate 52, 62 are interposed in the rehulling passage 4b, and the lower sorting plate 52, 62 is integrally formed at the lowermost stage position of the swing sorting plates 11.
