PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bypass capacitor aggregate replacement method capable of aggregating a plurality of bypass capacitors without repeating trial and error and replacing them with a smaller number of bypass capacitors.;SOLUTION: In a step 102, inductances of an ESL, power supply patterns 101, 105 and ground patterns 102, 106 are added to calculate a loop inductance about respective bypass capacitors 120, 121. In a step 104, wiring pattern length 150 where a loop inductance in the case of the replacement of a low ESL capacitor 130 is equal to a desired loop inductance is acquired. In a step 106, replacement arrangement possible areas 160, 161 in which the total value of lengths of a power supply pattern 151 and a ground pattern 152 after replacement is the wiring pattern length 150 or below are obtained.
