PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen processing device, a specimen analysis device, a specimen analysis system, a specimen processing system and a specimen processing method for executing specimen processing such as a re-inspection, manufacturing of smear preparation on the basis of a result of specimen analysis performed in advance in the specimen analysis device without transmitting the result of the specimen analysis by the specimen analysis device to other computers.SOLUTION: Antennas A21-A23 for performing reading and writing to an RFID tag stuck to a specimen rack are installed in conveyance units 31-33. Blood cell analysis devices 61, 62 and a smear preparation manufacturing device 63 determine the content of specimen processing on the basis of results of specimen analysis read from the RFID tag by the antennas A21-23, and execute the determined processing. In addition, the blood cell analysis devices 61, 62 write the results of the specimen analysis in the RFID tag by the antennas A21, A22.
