PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing supination in a relapsed clubfoot-affected foot of a patient, a method for reducing equinus in a relapsed clubfoot-affected foot of a patient, and a method for reducing adductus in a relapsed clubfoot-affected foot of a patient.SOLUTION: A therapy for obtaining correction after relapse of clubfoot of a patient who has not received invasive intervention includes: injecting an effective amount of a medicament for treating the patient with a relapsed clubfoot-affected foot including a botulinum toxin as an active ingredient to at least two sites of muscle adjoining the clubfoot-affected foot selected from the group comprising a tibialis posterior, a gastrosoleus complex and an abductor hallucis; subsequently, correcting a position of the clubfoot-affected foot of the patient; applying a first cast to the clubfoot-affected foot; allowing the patient to apply his or her sufficient body weight to the first cast and removing the first cast; and applying a second cast to the clubfoot-affected foot of the patient.
