PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair bleaching/decoloring agent composition capable of heightening an effect for improving lightness of the hair bleaching/decoloring agent composition with which ammonium persulfate is blended, an effect for improving fluidity, and an effect for reducing irritation to a scalp, while suppressing the blending amount of an alkali agent.;SOLUTION: A hair bleaching/decoloring agent composition is used after being mixed with a first agent with which a persulfate is blended, a second agent with which an oxidizing agent is blended, and a third agent with which an alkali agent is blended. In the third agent, (A) at least one king selected from ammonia and alkanolamine is blended, and in the first agent, (B) ammonium persulfate, (C) a monovalent metal salt of silicic acid, (D) silicic acid, and (E) an alkali agent which is solid at 25°C (excluding (C) component), are blended.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
