PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heating efficiency of an induction heating liquid heating method, an induction heating liquid heater, and a liquid heating system.;SOLUTION: An induction coil being connected with a high frequency oscillator via a matching transformer, a heat generating substrate and a case are provided. The heat generating substrate and the induction coil are housed in the case, a liquid passage is provided in the heat generating substrate, and a heat generating coil is placed in the liquid passage. The case has a supply port and a discharge port and when a high frequency current is supplied to the induction coil, the heat generating substrate, the metal heat generating coil and the induction coil generate heat to heat the liquid. Fins may be formed by winding a metal plate strip around the outer circumference of a core member. The heat generating coil may be placed on the outer peripheral edge side of the liquid passage. An isolation pipe may be placed between the heat generating substrate and the induction coil so that the liquid is supplied to the inside of the isolation pipe. The liquid heating system may be obtained by providing a liquid tank and a pump.
