PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a price comparison support system for supporting price negotiations so that a purchaser who is to purchase merchandise in a real store can purchase desired merchandise at a satisfactory price.;SOLUTION: The system comprises a price comparison support server and a communication terminal. The communication terminal acquires price negotiation information comprising voice information and/or image information including at least the price of a negotiation result in a store according to an instruction operation of a user, and sends it out to the price comparison support server through a communication network together with information for acquiring identification information of the merchandise or the identification information of the merchandise. The price comparison support server stores the price negotiation information sent from the communication terminal in a price negotiation information storage part. The price comparison support server extracts the requested price negotiation information of the merchandise from the price negotiation information storage part for an inquiry request of a merchandise price from the communication terminal, and sends it out to the communication terminal as answer information to be used in the price negotiation in a store by the user of the communication terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
